As a MaintenanceEngineer Electrical you will perform the following workingactivities:
- Act as Maintenance Engineerfor electrical installations at the Emmen site and ensurecompliance with NEN3140 (RPE)
- Manage theLicense to Operate for electrical installations, ensuringcompliance with laws and standards
- LeadPreventive Maintenance plans and drive continuous improvement
- Provide expertise during breakdowntroubleshooting and support RCM-based maintenance improvements
- Ensure all technical documentation is up todate and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Oversee compliance of preventive maintenancein the execution plan
- Lead continuousimprovement of procedures and participate in key projects
- Provide input for the maintenance budget,obsolete equipment list, and plant specification book

Functie-eisen
- A mbo or higher level education in Electrical Engineering
- Passion for Maintenance management andElectrical Engineering
- At least 3 year(s) ofexperience in Maintenance or Engineering within the process or foodindustry
- Knowledge of RCM theory andexperience in RCM Techniques
- Good command ofthe English, and Dutch language in terms of workingactivities
- Availability of 40 hours perweek
- Problem solving and analyticalskills
Furthermore,you are driven by a customer-focused mindset and a commitment tocontinuous improvement and safety. You build strong relationshipswith colleagues from diverse backgrounds to create an effectiveapproach to all maintenance activities. As a communicator at alllevels, you act as a sparring partner for both peers andoperational management.
