This is an exciting opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional to take ownership of a well‑established customer base, build strong partnerships, and help grow the business in a key territory. You’ll be the face of our organisation—trusted by customers, supported by a collaborative team, and empowered to deliver results.
While experience in the Electronic Security industry is a strong advantage, we’re equally interested in speaking with talented candidates from Electrical Wholesale, Trade, or similar technical B2B sectors who thrive in field sales and enjoy building long‑term customer relationships.
JOB DUTIES:
You will identify the market potential and recognise opportunities and threats in the market. You follow developments at competitors and share this information within the organisation.
You will analyse the sales figures, recognise crucial developments and have a plan on how to achieve the turnover and margin objectives.
You will be responsible for planning appointments and convincing customers to place more business with ADI. Customer management from start to finish with the aim of building a sustainable relationship and growing turnover and margin.
YOU MUST HAVE:
You will be experienced within a field sales role or have equivalent experience
You will be experienced in B2B sales environment
Excellent communication and people skills
Native level Dutch
Driving license
WE VALUE:
A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
Knowledge of security industry is beneficial
An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
Commercially astute with an understanding of the dynamics of sales growth, margin and profitability, able to structure deals and work the ADI value proposition
Excellent opening, negotiating and closing skills
Good planning and organisational skills
