We are seeking an experienced Dutch Speaking L2 End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support at our client location in Emmen, Netherlands. This is an urgent requirement to replace an existing resource and ensure continuity of IT support services.
Key experience they’re looking for: Dutch Speaker Provide Level 2 EUC support for end users , including desktops, laptops, and peripherals Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise applications Handle incident management, service requests, and escalations Perform device setup, configuration, and deployment Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for complex issues Dutch speaker (fluency required for end-user interaction) Must be based within commuting distance of Emmen, NL Minimum Level 2 EUC support experience Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues
